How to comment

If you wish to comment on the Draft Land Transport Standards and/or the Regulatory Impact Statement (RIS), for the Standards, you can do so by:

• Writing your own submission

• Completing a survey - the survey provides a simplified way to make a submission. It includes a set of structured questions about the Draft Land Transport Standards and the Regulatory Impact Statement (RIS). Please note, you do not have to comment on all areas to lodge the survey.

All submissions (in survey and written form) will be considered public documents.

Please note: it is recommended that you read the Regulation Impact Statement (RIS) summary before writing a submission or completing a survey. The RIS summary provides the background and rationale for the development of the Draft Land Transport Standards in the form presented.
